Why a weather network funds an animal sanctuary
We build free, local weather sites. But the forecasts aren't the goal — they're how we fund something we deeply care about: the abandoned primates at our Mini ZOO sanctuary in the Czech Republic.
The animals come first
Mini ZOO is a small Czech sanctuary that gives abandoned primates — monkeys nobody else would take — a safe, lasting home. Caring for them never stops — food every day, veterinary care, warm and spacious habitats, and the people who look after them. All of that costs money, month after month.
How weather pays for it
Millions of people check the weather every day. So we built simple, genuinely useful local forecast sites and made them free. The modest revenue they earn — and any support visitors give — goes straight back into caring for the animals and developing the sanctuary. Nothing is taken out as profit.
That means every time you check tomorrow's forecast on one of our sites, you've quietly helped feed an animal. It costs you nothing.
